Designed specifically for seven, eight, and nine-string guitars, as well as five, six, and seven-string basses, the Ibanez Tuner app employs a unique algorithm alongside independent filtering for each instrument tuning mode. This specialized technology ensures accurate reading of the lowest notes. - Extra-detailed tuning in Zoom Mode
Users can activate Zoom Mode for enhanced tuning precision. This feature complements an intuitive display, preventing out-of-tune low notes from detracting from recordings or live performances. - Restring your instrument efficiently
The app offers an open note guide feature that allows users to tap on an individual note button, generating a reference tone while winding and restringing. This effectively streamlines the tuning process and aids in identifying challenging low-end frequencies. - Save your alternate tunings
The app comes equipped with over ten practical alternate tuning presets. Users can also edit, create, and save custom tunings within the app's user preset library.

The app supports various instruments including:
- Chromatic
- Guitar: 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 strings, and Tenor
- Bass: 4, 5, 6, and 7 strings
- Ukulele: Soprano, Concert, and Tenor
- Mandolin
- Banjo: Tenor, Plectrum, and 5 strings
It also includes typical alternate tunings such as Half step down, Whole step down, Drop D, Open G/A/E/D, DADGAD, and Baritone.
